The American Fitness Rowing Machine has a magnetic brake, a 7kg flywheel, and 8 resistance levels. The display tracks time, strokes, strokes per minute, and calories, and an optional POLAR-compatible pulse receiver adds heart rate. It has an aluminium rail and a roller-and-bearing seat, supports users up to 120kg, and folds away when you’re done.
